Dr Jennifer Perry understands that dentistry can be stressful, and prides herself on her ability to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed – while providing the highest quality of care.

She enjoys working with patients of all ages to improve and maintain the health and appearance of their smile. Jenny believes that proper dental habits should, ideally, be formed in childhood. That is why she enjoys treating families; in particular those with children.

Since 2009, Jenny has been a gentle and sympathetic dentist at Camp Hill Dental. She has now joined her mother, Kathryn Perry, in helping run the business side of Camp Hill Dental. Her certificate in International Business and Finance is a good grounding for her new role within the dental practice.

Dental Education

Jenny decided upon dentistry as a long-term career because she enjoys that it is a caring, autonomous profession which is constantly challenging and interesting. She is Queensland-trained, graduating with a Bachelor of Oral Health and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry from Griffith University (QLD). She was awarded the Tenant Prize for her contribution to rural, remote and indigenous communities during her dental studies.

Prior to dentistry, Jenny completed a Bachelor of Nursing (at the Queensland University of Technology) and after graduation worked as a psychiatric nurse for five years. During that time, she saw all sides of the healthcare profession and realised the importance of a holistic approach to health.
