BOralH (DSc), GDipDent (Griffith),

Jenny understands that dentistry can be stressful, and prides herself on her ability to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed whilst providing the highest quality of care. She enjoys working with patients of all ages to improve and maintain the health and appearance of their smile. Jenny believes that proper dental habits should ideally be formed in childhood & that is why she enjoys treating families, in particular those with children.
Since 2009, Jenny has been a gentle and sympathetic dentist at Camp Hill Dental. She has now joined her mother Kathryn Perry in helping run the business side of Camp Hill Dental. Her Certificate in International Business and Finance is a good grounding for her new role within our dental practice.
Jenny is Queensland-trained. She graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry from Griffith University. She was awarded the Tenant Prize for her contribution to rural, remote & indigenous communities during her dental studies.
Prior to dentistry, Jenny completed a Bachelor of Nursing (at Queensland University of Technology) and after graduation worked as a psychiatric nurse for 5 years. During that time, she saw all sides of the health care profession and realised the importance of a holistic approach to health.
Jenny decided upon dentistry as a long-term career because she enjoys that it is a caring, autonomous profession which is constantly challenging and interesting.
Jenny has three gorgeous daughters, so she has an abundance of both personal and professional experience with children. Jenny has lived in Camp Hill for over 25 years and loves working in a family-run business. Outside of dentistry, Jenny enjoys seeking out good coffee and dreaming of future travel adventures. Her spare time is shared with her handsome husband & their three daughters, and is usually spent finger painting, playing in the sandpit or on the trampoline.
