Our upfront and helpful approach
For all new patients, we recommend you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment. At Camp Hill Dental, you will be greeted with a warm smile and be made to feel welcome. Before undergoing a procedure, we will first discuss with you your options and help you choose the most appropriate treatment. This will be based on your individual needs and goals. We understand that you need to look after your finances as well, therefore we are able to prepare treatment options to suit your budget.
Our dentists take the time to get to know you as an individual and are ready to educate you on every aspect of dentistry – from basic dentistry to more extensive dentistry where required. Our goal is to address any concerns you have, fully explain any treatment or recommendation to you, and offer a personalised plan (including our fees along with your health fund quote if applicable).
We help you to plan
Camp Hill Dental will provide you with different treatment options and an itemised quote. The itemised quote will allow you to contact your health insurance provider (if applicable), prior to your scheduled appointment, so you can anticipate your rebate for the proposed treatment.
We provide flexible options in payment
Camp Hill Dental expects that fees are paid on the day of treatment, via any of the following: Cash, Cheques, Credit Cards (AMEX, M/C, VISA), Health Fund Cards, Veteran Affairs, Medicare CDBS and Metro South Oral Health Service Vouchers.
Camp Hill Dental provides HICAPS for your direct onsite health fund claim. We can also show you our fees for different treatments and how much the health fund will give back to you. Bring in your health fund card on the day of treatment and you will simply pay the difference!
We are affiliated with DVA, Metro Vouchers and CDBS – (Medicare Child Dental Scheme) and are preferred providers for HCF, TUH, NIB, Westfund and CBHS. We also have AfterPay to make our treatments more accessible, depending on your individual circumstances.
